Do I need to join if I already have a store account?+
Yes. Warehouse Advantage is a new rewards program, so existing customers will need to join. Enrollment is free and includes 100 welcome points.
Can I use my points on all four websites?+
Yes. Use the same email address for your membership on Pond Warehouse, Lighting World Warehouse, Underwater Warehouse and Pool & Patio Warehouse to earn and redeem across all four stores.
Do my points expire?+
No. Your Warehouse Advantage points do not expire.
What happens if I return something?+
Points earned from returned or cancelled merchandise are deducted from your rewards balance.
Are contractor-pricing customers eligible?+
Contractor-pricing customers are not currently eligible for Warehouse Advantage.

Points are earned on qualifying merchandise purchases, excluding shipping and taxes. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or programs. You can redeem up to 5,000 points ($100) per order.
